• Switch off the phone that you want to unlock

• Make sure you hold the power button and the volume up button (volume +), and release the power button

• It will show you no command this is how it look like

• Press the power button and the volume up button again but do not hold it as the previous one, just hold it one time and release both of the button and do it some many times until you see this

• Scroll the down with the volume down button until you reach down to wipe data/factory reset and then press the power button, after press it. It will come back in the main menu.
